– Vendors must comply with **all applicable laws and regulations** related to e-commerce, taxation, and consumer rights.
– All products listed must meet **local and international trade standards**, including labeling requirements, quality regulations, and safety norms.
– Vendors are responsible for ensuring their **GST registration**, tax filings, and adherence to Indian e-commerce laws.

– **Intellectual Property Violation Complaints:** Brands or rights holders can report violations via Jabong.in’s complaint portal. Upon review, non-compliant listings may be removed.
– **Legal Action & Marketplace Penalties:** Vendors found violating intellectual property laws may face account suspension, penalties, or legal consequences.
– Jabong.in reserves the right to update its policies to align with evolving regulatory frameworks.

– All vendors must uphold ethical business practices, ensuring transparency in product details and pricing.
– Misleading claims, deceptive advertising, and false branding will result in **marketplace action**.
